International Trauma Life Support (ITLS)
ITLS courses are designed for providers who are first to evaluate and stabilize the trauma patient. The course provides complete training in the skills needed for rapid assessment, resuscitation, stabilization and transportation of trauma patients. This course is 14.0 hours.

About the course
The ITLS basic/advanced course covers the skills other necessaryfor rapid assessment, resuscitation, stabalization and transportation of trauma patients using as it's core, the ITLS basic course. This 16-hour course emphasizes evaluation steps, sequencing and techniques for resuscitation and packaging a patient. Hands-on stations include:
Basic and Advanced Airway
Chest decompression & F;uid Resuscitation
Spinal Restriction/Rapid Extrication
Short Back Board
Helmet Management
